SENSUALI

CLIENT HIGHLIGHT

A home for finding sensual experiences and signing up as a provider of those experiences, Sensuali needed copy that would resonate with a diverse community – from full-service sex workers to pole dance instructors and sex educators.

I worked on all brand and website copy, shaping a tone of voice that felt welcoming, inclusive and confident. By centring the idea of seeking pleasure, I developed messaging that spoke to both providers and curious newcomers, setting the stage for a rebrand that captured Sensuali’s mission.

SENSUALI’S REBRAND

A vintage yellow television displaying a message that says, 'SO YOU WANT TO TRY' with a purple devil emoji.
A laptop displaying a website about sensual experiences, placed on a pink sofa with a matching pink background.

How I helped:

  • Brand positioning and tone of voice development

  • Website rewrite

  • Email copy

  • 360 copywriting

  • Podcast consultation and scriptwriting

  • Slogan development for merchandise

  • Out of home marketing copy

  • Hired a marketing person who created email strategy under my direction

A website that really says who Sensuali are

I gave the copy and structure for Sensuali’s outdated website a lick of paint (a complete redo) and directed their in-house designer to create a space that feels much more them.

Oh, and cleaned up their funnels, SEO and onboarding to reduce the amount of β€˜abandon baskets’ they were getting.

PODCAST CONSULTATION

One of the only platforms left that isn’t strained by censorship, podcasts are so important to B2C sex brands. We I consulted with Sensuali on the newest season of their pod β€˜So, you want to try?’ since it was dropping right after the big rebrand. We helped them with scriptwriting, ads, episode structure, and ensuring everything adhered to the tone of voice I developed for them.

Though I’m admittedly biased, the pod is a great listen.
